I named her Fleur
The little Barbie in my vignette.
Long brown hair, almond eyes,
soft and wide with wonder.
Her dress is purple, striped,
The matching tam askew.
A bicycle beside her,
A pot of flowers at her feet.
A Parisian scene on my dresser,
All that’s left of my child’s play.
