Solar Parking

I love the parking system they have in Victoria. The parking spaces are numbered and you can then pay at these little kiosks that are on every corner. You pay for a specific period of time (coins, credit cards and city-issued smart cards are accepted) and then if you are back early, you plug in again for a rebate. Also, note the solar panels! In 2009, the city replaced their 1,900 parking meters with these solar-powered parking stations. Locals and visitors may soon be able to buy bus passes there too. Great greenest city idea!
