Slow Zone

New technology will remind people to slow down in at least one school zone in Penticton. This solar powered sign will register your speed and flash it at you. It’s not running yet, but when I was taking a picture of it, I noticed every car that went by slowed down. Maybe they should just station a student with a clipboard there in the meantime, seems to have the same effect.
