My friend Linda just returned from Germany. She was there for an outsider art exhibit, which you can read all about on her blog called Inside Outsider Art. She sent me some pictures of food vendors in Berlin. Now these vendors are mobile. They actually strap on a grill and carry it around all day. Or wheel around as the case may be. Must get heavy and hot cooking up those dogs and what about the grease splatter?
Not sure if this super mobile vendor model would be permitted here, but I like that the low overhead would make it more accessible for many to set up a food vending biz. And lower carbon emissions too. Good day to you!
